Hands On Zoom

Zoom is a web conferencing software, allowing you to share screens and video, hold webinars, and meet with people from around the world, wherever they are. Zoom integrates with tools you may already use like Google Calendar and takes away the barriers people often have to meet up with you:
– scheduling issues
– inability to travel
– concerns about weather events
– the hassle of getting to your location (finding parking, figuring out where you are in the building, etc.)

The thing we’ve found is that while people want to attend Zoom meetings, they get nervous about hosting their own. This course gives you some basic Zoom info (honestly, their website support is great) but more importantly, helps you know what tech could go wrong and how you can fix it on the fly.
