Join us for a kimchi making workshop conducted by a woman who literally wrote a book about kimchi, Jill Lee.
Learn about ingredient selection and prep, how you can make your kimchi recipe stand out, and even ways you can serve it in your snacks and meals. Lunch, coffee/tea, and snacks will be provided. You’ll go home with kimchi you can share (or eat all of it yourself- we won’t judge you.)
