Starting a food-based business is a dream of many… and luck for residents of St. Lawrence County, the Harvest Kitchen has a rentable commercial kitchen and gives lots of classes to the public.

They are hosting us to educate people on some of the considerations to having a food based business. The workshop will be at Harvest Kitchen (road trip!) and include lots of time for questions and answers.
